This work is grounded around hands-on experience. I help to improving how businesses run. In over a decade, I successfully ran multiple underperforming restaurant operations and turned them into consistently profitable businesses. I analyzed P&Ls, identified gaps in systems and culture, and executed targeted operational changes. In my current role as Director of Portfolio Management, while working at a financial software company, I focus on building, implementing, and scaling systems that teams can rely on. I effectively combine structure, training, and execution. Outside my current role I have used this same approach for the past 25 years while coaching wrestling. Currently volunteering as the Coaching Director of the Helena Wrestling Club, I provide clarity, accountability, and repeatable systems that drive performance throughout the community.
