As Director of Portfolio Management for a leading financial software organization, I oversee large-scale delivery portfolios, operational governance, strategic planning, and executing multi platform frameworks that support revenue growth across dozens of teams. My experience spans portfolio management, process improvement, project delivery, organizational alignment, performance reporting, training, and leadership development.
What separates successful organizations from struggling ones is rarely talent. More often, it is the presence of clear systems, defined expectations, and consistent execution. My passion is helping leaders create those foundations so their teams can operate with confidence and scale effectively.
Outside of my professional career, I have spent more than 25 years coaching and mentoring athletes, coaches, and leaders. As Coaching Director of the Helena Wrestling Club, I apply the same principles of structure, accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership development that have guided my professional success.
